The Complaints Channel is a tool of the company TRANSPORTES Y CONSIGNACIONES MARÍTIMAS BALEARES S.A.U. designed to speed up and guarantee confidentiality in the communication of possible regulatory violations. Complaints can be submitted anonymously.
TRANSPORTES Y CONSIGNACIONES MARÍTIMAS BALEARES S.A.U. offers this Channel as an integral component of its Internal Information System where possible breaches of legal regulations can be reported, being essential to comply with specific internal rules. Therefore, it plays an active role in our continuous improvement process as a business entity.
Complaints submitted through this channel must relate to actions or behaviour, whether current or past, which are linked to the areas of application set out in the Channel Complaints Regulation.
